If a client cancels a confirmed engagement before work begins, any applicable refund will be subject to administrative charges as specified in the service agreement.
No refunds shall be provided for completed consulting sessions, delivered reports, customized business strategies, digital deliverables, training programs already attended, or services where substantial work has been performed.
