Our consulting services are delivered on a professional best-effort basis and may include advisory sessions, business development strategy, market research, channel development, GTM planning, sales enablement, training, workshops, or other agreed deliverables.
The scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms for each engagement shall be governed by the respective proposal, quotation, agreement, or work order.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all consulting methodologies, strategic frameworks, market research formats, templates, presentations, reports, assessment models, standard operating procedures (SOPs), sales processes, training materials, business development strategies, and other intellectual property developed or provided by Zeal Mobility Solutions remain the exclusive property of Zeal Mobility Solutions.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.

Any customized reports or recommendations prepared specifically for a client may be used internally by that client but shall remain protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained in the consulting engagement shall be construed as transferring ownership of Zeal Mobility Solutions’ intellectual property unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access required for successful execution.
Recommendations provided by Zeal Mobility Solutions are advisory in nature. Implementation decisions and resulting business outcomes remain the client’s responsibility.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all reports, presentations, templates, frameworks, and consulting deliverables remain the intellectual property of Zeal Mobility Solutions and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written consent.
